Hands and Feet of Asheville is an independent 501c3 organization established in 2012, creating transformational experiences for young adults in Western North Carolina. HFA is rooted in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and takes an interfaith, ecumenical approach to ministry. HFA is a member site of YATC, the Young Adult Transformation Collective.

We increase the capacity of local non-profit organizations by hosting young adults ages 21-29, for 11 months of service. Fellows embark on a journey of growth, immersing themselves in intentional community and personal, professional, and spiritual development. Fellows are supported by a network of mentors and receive a stipend and benefits for program participation.

Our Employer Partners walk alongside some of Western North Carolina's most vulnerable citizens and work to create healthy, equitable futures for our region. Whether the focus is hunger or housing, environmental or social justice, mental health, or ministry, we are honored to empower their missions and be a part of the change.
