We increase the capacity of local non-profit organizations by hosting emerging professionals ages 21-29, for 11 months of service. Fellows embark on a journey of growth, immersing themselves in intentional community and personal, professional, and spiritual development. Fellows are supported by a network of mentors and receive a stipend and benefits for program participation.

Our Employer Partners walk alongside some of Western North Carolina's most vulnerable citizens and work to create healthy, equitable futures for our region. Whether the focus is hunger or housing, disability or education, environmental or social justice, mental health, or ministry, we are honored to empower their missions and be a part of the change.
